Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made in the munchiesljubljana.si online store, operated by MLQ d.o.o., Kotnikova ulica 5, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia.
Order processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is received. During promotions or holidays, dispatch may take a day or two longer — in that case we will notify you by email.
Shipping in Slovenia (GLS)
- Standard shipping: €3.50 — free for orders over €75
- Priority fulfillment + express delivery with shipping insurance: €12.00
- Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days from dispatch
Croatia
- Standard shipping: €4.50 — free for orders over €75 (3–5 business days)
- Express delivery with shipping insurance: €14.90 (1–2 business days)
Italy
- Standard shipping: €4.90 — free for orders over €65 (3–5 business days)
- Express delivery: €11.90 (1–2 business days)
Other EU countries
- Free standard shipping for orders over €75 (6–12 business days)
Order tracking
When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment on the carrier's website.
Damaged shipments
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your shipment is damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at hello@munchiesljubljana.si and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
